In the event of an accident
If an accident occurs during a trip, the STM will contact the person legally responsible for the passenger or any other contact person identified in their client file as soon as possible.
Mobility aids (wheelchair, walker, service dog, etc.) will be collected and stored by paratransit customer service until they can be claimed.
Paratransit customer service will provide you with the necessary information if you wish to file a claim with the appropriate authorities.
