Elevator access to the métro
All passengers may use the elevators, particularly those with limited mobility or in a wheelchair.
They are located in 25 metro stations.
To plan your trips:
Orange line: possible connection with the Blue line at Jean-Talon and Snowdon métro stations, and with the Green line at Berri-UQAM and Lionel-Groulx métro stations.
Green line: possible connection with the Orange line at Berri-UQAM and Lionel-Groulx métro stations.
Blue line: possible connection with the Orange line at Jean-Talon and Snowdon métro stations.
Yellow line: no connection possible.
Berri-UQAM station: only the Orange and Green lines are accessible by elevator.

You can consult the elevator service status at any time. This information is also available on our home page, in the banner below the map, as well as by phone, at 514 STM-INFO (786-4636) by selecting option 2 or 4.

At certain times, the elevator service status posted online could differ from the situation on-site, due to an update delay.

In stations with the new signage, the elevators are numbered.
In stations with multiple levels accessible by elevator, such as Berri-UQAM or Jean-Talon, there are vertical maps of the elevators to help you visualize the route through the station’s different levels.
When planning your route, it’s a good idea to write down or memorize the order in which you must take the elevators to get to the right platform.
