Service interruptions

During a snow or ice storm or other emergency, the STM may decide to temporarily interrupt its paratransit service.

For status updates:

  • Visit the online rerservation Mon transport adapté(formerly known as SIRTA). A banner shows any service interruptions. If there is no banner, the service is operating normally.
  • Dial 514-280-8211
    A voice message will inform you of any service interruptions.

Return transportation is always provided even if trips are cancelled during the day.
