Le service bus et métro sera maintenu, mais des impacts demeurent possibles.

La Société de transport de Montréal (STM) prend acte de la décision rendue aujourd’hui par le Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT) qui établit les services essentiels pour l’éventuelle grève des employés d’entretien, qui impacterait la clientèle du 1er novembre au 28 novembre. La décision du TAT indique également que les services essentiels demeureront les mêmes pour le dimanche 2 novembre, journée d'élections municipales.

The Blue Line Project Office is pleased to announce that the tunnel boring machine has arrived at the Port of Montreal, marking a key milestone in the project. Custom-made in Germany for Montreal’s metro extension project, this massive drilling machine, has a cutting wheel measuring 9.7 metres in diameter will be used to dig and encase 4.6 kilometers of tunnel all the way to Anjou.

New bus line to expand public transit in the Jean-Talon East sector

As part of the progress of the Blue Line Extension Project, the STM is continuing its efforts to mitigate the impact of construction on local mobility. Starting July 7, a new shuttle bus, line 814 Jean-Talon East / Bélanger, will be introduced to improve travel in the area affected by the construction sites. This supplementary service will run in a loop between Viau Street and Langelier Boulevard, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, with a frequency of approximately 30 minutes.
