Refurbishment of the Honoré-Beaugrand garage

The Honoré-Beaugrand garage is being modernized and refurbished to extend its useful life.

Duration of work: January 6, 2025 to fall 2025.
Type of work: structural repairs, systems upgrades (lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity), roof repairs, construction of retention basins on the roof and in front of the building.

Most of the work is carried out inside the garage.

Construction zone

The construction site is located in front of the main building, on STM property.

Two trailers are set up behind the building, in Chénier-Beaugrand park. They are used by employees who no longer have access to certain work areas inside the building.

Traffic and parking

No impact.

Exterior work (spring 2025)

During the summer, we will be carrying out various exterior works that may cause noise and dust:

• Renovation of roof and roof basins
• Construction of a retention basin in front of the garage
• Opening of a new exit at the delivery bay
