Try out the preliminary version of the new site, redesigned to simplify booking and tracking trips, with a more user-friendly interface and improved online help. The SIRTA site is still running, but as of March 11, 2026, Mon transport adapté will replace it completely.

Changing a reservation

You can change a reservation in the following ways:

Changing the return time

You can change the return time by speaking to an agent (514 280-8211, option 2) on the same day (for returns from medical appointments or court appearances only).

Interruptions

It is possible to temporarily interrupt your regular trips for a maximum of eight weeks (holidays sickness, etc.) Regular trips are automatically resumed following interruption.

If you wish to interrupt your regular trips for longer than eight weeks, you must simply cancel them. You can make a new reservation for regular trips at any time.
