As part of the development of its 2030 Strategic Organizational Plan (2030 SOP), the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) is seeking feedback from its customers to identify the guidelines and strategies that will allow it to shape the sustainable mobility of tomorrow.
Until July 2, 2023, the public will be able to take a 20-minute survey on the main strategic orientations of the 2030 SOP. Through this survey, the STM hopes to ensure that the plan’s components are aligned with the needs and expectations of Montrealers.
For the STM, getting its customers on board with the 2030 SOP is a key priority, as this plan sets out the objectives, strategies and actions that will need to be taken to improve its service offering between now and 2030.
In an ever-evolving context, marked by the commissioning of new public transit infrastructure and the growing fight against climate change, it is essential to be able to rely on a solid foundation. This plan will serve as the basis for various business decisions in the coming years and will guide the STM teams daily.
