To reconnect with its customers in their daily life, the STM has launched a one-of-a-kind holiday season contest.
Tapping into the holiday season’s spirit of joy and good cheer, the Montréal transit service provider has created its very own festive sweater bearing a unique version of the métro map. A limited number of the sweaters will be produced: only 15 people will be able to get their hands on one by taking part in a contest!
The contest gets under way at noon on November 30, 2020. Participants will have to recreate a scene from their daily bus or métro trip at home, post it using Instagram Reels or Stories, and tag the @stminfo account. They will also have to follow the account to be eligible. The winners will be picked at random from all of the participants on December 18, 2020 — in time to receive their sweaters for the holidays!
A social media initiative
With a strong presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, the STM is now focusing on Reels and the power of social media to foster dialogue with its users – where they are and in line with their interests. Amplified by Montréal content creators, the latest contest is a nod to our users’ amazing creativity.
