ELEVATORS OPERATIONAL AT HONORÉ-BEAUGRAND STATION: THE GREEN LINE NOW ACCESSIBLE

News

As of December 14, Honoré-Beaugrand station will become the 14th universally accessible métro station in the network thanks to the installation of three elevators.

This also makes the Green line now accessible. Green line users will be able to go through Lionel-Groulx station where elevators are in service. Elevators will be installed in several other Green line stations over the coming years: Viau, Préfontaine, Berri-UQAM (Green line), Place-des-Arts, McGill, Jolicœur and Angrignon.

  • Refurbishing the bus loops and station’s surroundings (paving and lighting)
  • Replacing the butterfly doors and windows
  • Installing motorized doors
  • Improving outdoor landscaping
  • Demolishing and rebuilding staircase structures
  • Replacing and improving station lighting
