Le concept est simple et pratique : il suffit de se brancher au portail de l’établissement scolaire avec son nom d’usager et son mot de passe, d’être étudiant à temps plein, de détenir une adresse valide au Québec et de défrayer les coûts de 15 $ au moyen d’une carte de crédit dont l’adresse de facturation est au Québec. La photo utilisée est celle de la carte étudiante qui est automatiquement envoyée à la STM qui peut, par la suite, produire la carte et l’acheminer par la poste à l’étudiant.

The MPM-10 project office was established in 2006 and comprised around 150 STM employees and consultants. The office coordinated all stages of acquisition and integration of the new AZUR metro cars, including car design and manufacturing, qualification of the rolling stock on the STM site, commissioning of the rolling stock for passenger use, upgrading of infrastructures, as well as training of maintenance and operating employees. It also handled the reclamation of the original MR-63 cars.

Créé en 2006 et formé de quelque 150 employés de la STM et de consultants, le Bureau de projet MPM-10 a orchestré toutes les phases liées à l’acquisition et l’intégration des nouvelles voitures de métro AZUR, allant de la conception et la fabrication des voitures, à la qualification des trains sur le site de la STM et à la mise en service clientèle, en passant par la mise à niveau des infrastructures, de même que la formation des employés d’entretien et d’opération. La valorisation des voitures d’origine MR-63 faisait aussi partie de son mandat.

Montréal, August 22, 2019 – The Mayor of Montréal and the Chairman of the STM Board of Directors were excited to announce the upcoming opening of a reserved lane for buses and taxis on Papineau Avenue. Announced as part of the unveiling of Mouvement orange this past spring, the reserved lane will improve flow and regularity for the new 445 Express Papineau line serving downtown Montréal and for part of the route of the 45 Papineau. The lane will open on August 26.

Montréal, August 20, 2019 – The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) wishes to inform its customers of a new enhanced bus service on line 25 Angus, starting August 26, 2019.

“The improved service will operate during peak periods Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., guaranteeing a ten-minute frequency in both directions. This will allow us to provide better service to our customers using the line,” said Philippe Schnobb, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the STM.
