Holiday Schedule for STM Services

Montreal, December 20, 2007 - The Christmas and New Year’s holidays will bring slight changes to Société de transport de Montréal (STM) transit services. Unless otherwise specified in Planibus timetables or on Infobus panels, regular weekday service will be provided on most bus routes, except on Tuesday, December 25, 2007, and January 1, 2008, when Sunday service levels will prevail on most bus routes.

On Wednesday, December 26, 2007, and January 2, 2008, some bus routes will follow either Saturday or Sunday timetables, while others follow a special timetable.

As for Paratransit services, transportation will be available throughout the holiday season. Clients wishing to travel must reserve ahead as per the usual conditions outlined in the User’s Guide.

Paratransit customer service will be open December 24 from 8:30 am to 12 noon, and on December 27 and 28, from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 4:00 pm. It will, however, be closed all day December 31. Regular business hours will resume Thursday, January 3, 2008.
