Pineapple juice powered buses? Customer opinions are no joke! Today, the Société de transport de Montréal is launching a new ad campaign to recruit customers to sign up for the My voice my STM panel and share their opinions on public transit in Greater Montréal.
Through short online surveys, this program gives the STM insight into customer opinion on a range of topics, including major projects, service quality and trial initiatives. Other research is also conducted periodically, such as testing new bus seats and determining the placement of grip straps on the métro.
Sign up in just a few clicks
All customers ages 16 and up, francophone or anglophone, who use the bus or métro networks and have a valid email address are invited to join the My voice my STM panel. Signing up is easy: simply create a profile at myvoicemystm.info. Panelists will then begin receiving surveys by email.
Chances to win prizes
Once customers finish creating their profiles, they will be automatically entered in a draw to win one of two $300 quarterly prizes. Each survey completed will then earn them a chance to win one of two $200 monthly prizes.
My voice my STM already has over 20,000 panelists, but the STM is hoping to recruit more to meet its research needs and ensure that a large portion of its clientele is represented.
