You may take your bike with you on the métro and some buses as long as you obey certain safety rules.
Transporting bikes on the bus or métro
This fall, some lucky STM customers will be able to test out an innovative bike shelter at Lionel-Groulx métro station. Access to the shelter is controlled by an OPUS card charged with a special fare and is currently being tested by customers.

Instructions for loading bikes on racks
The STM is currently testing bicycle slides at the Longueuil—Université-de-Sherbrooke and Viau métro stations. The slides allow you to access the platform without having to lift your bike.

Because of crowded conditions, bikes are not allowed in métro cars during certain events.
