48 hours

When an object is found, it usually takes about 48 hours for it to arrive at the customer service centre. 

What to do:

If you have lost an object in the métro, on a bus, or at an STM office, please do the following:

  1. Wait  48 hours.
  2. Go to the customer service centre. If the object was returned to us, you will find it there.

    Business hours
    Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    Closed Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.

If you are unable to go there, call STM-INFO + 8 for English, followed by options 6 and 2
(514 786-4636 + 8 + 6 + 2).
