Information for STM transit users
New bus timetables available on December 20
Montreal, 15 December 2004 - When planning their transportation, Société de transport de Montréal (STM) transit users are invited to pick up a new Planibus timetable, available aboard buses from December 20 to 24, 2004, and again from January 3 to 9, 2005. Timetables can also be obtained at any métro station and at the Customer Service Centre located on the mezzanine level of Berri-UQAM station, while stocks last. The schedules appearing in the Planibus will be valid from January 3 to March 20, 2005.
Planibus timetables are always available in PDF format from the STM website (www.stm.info) and transit users can download and print as many copies as they want. Bus stop codes featured inside the Planibus are also included, as well as a complete list of all bus stop codes. These five-digit codes appear on all bus stop panels and with them, transit users can obtain the times at which the next three buses will go by that stop by simply calling A-U-T-O-B-U-S (288-6287). For all other information, including travel directions within Montréal, customers are invited to call STM-INFO (786-4636).
