As of November 21, as part of mitigation measures related to major road works, the Société de transport de Montréal will introduce a shuttle bus service running from the Agence métropolitaine de transport’s new park-and-ride lot (300 spots) at the junction of autoroutes 40 and 15 (corner of Sainte-Croix and Dion) to the du Collège métro station on the Orange line.

The shuttle buses will be in service from Monday to Friday during morning and afternoon rush hour, from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. They will run every 15 minutes in the morning and every 10 minutes in the afternoon. The trip to the métro station will take approximately 10 minutes.

This service, the cost of which will be entirely borne by Mobility Montréal, is aimed at making travel easier for clients coming primarily from the West Island, the North Shore or the St-Laurent and Ahuntsic-Cartierville boroughs who wish to travel to downtown Montréal.

It should be noted that since August 29, in light of major road works, the STM has implemented a series of measures to encourage the use of public transit.  These include an increase in service on 13 bus lines in the greater Sud Ouest sector and the addition of 4000 available seats on the métro’s Green line during rush hour.
