Choose from the following five options:.
Option 1 – Reservations
Talk to an agent to book your trip.
Seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Option 2 – Travel info
Cancel a trip, check vehicle arrival time or report a problem.
Monday to Thursday and legal holidays: 5 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Option 3 – Automated service
Book a one-way or round trip, cancel a trip or check your upcoming trips.
Seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Option 4 – Customer Service
For applications, file updates, questions or comments, our team is here for you.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
