Let's chat Blue line project
The addition of five new stations on the blue line is a project awaited by the citizens of the east end of Montréal. In addition to improving mobility throughout the metropolitan area, the project will be a vector of revitalization for this sector of the City.
Work on the extension of the blue line has begun and is progressing well. To inform and take the pulse of citizens and residents of the route of the future line, several concrete actions are implemented throughout the year.
Information sessions, events, good neighbour committees, are some of the initiatives that allow for dialogue in a transparent and proactive way.

Public consultation (2020)
In February and March 2020, a public consultation process was held, consisting of information evenings and sessions to express opinions, with the primary objective of designing a project that will integrate harmoniously into the living environment of Montrealers.
The Blue line project follows in the wake of the Déclaration du gouvernement du Québec et de la Ville de Montréal to revitalize Montréal East. Many projects are underway to give a new impetus to this sector. Increased mobility, economic development, and improved living environments are at the heart of this ambitious project.
