Message to Transport adapté customers who held monthly passes for October 2020

Due to the major computer failure we experienced following a cyberattack on the STM in October 2020, we had to partially reduce our Paratransit services for a period of six days that month. In an effort to continue providing quality services and meet the expectations of monthly pass holders, STM management is prepared to pay the following compensation to customers who held a monthly transit pass for October 2020.

  • Regular monthly pass holder: $10.50 refund
  • Reduced-fare monthly pass holder: $6.50 refund

If either of these apply to you, you can request your refund by providing your name, Transport adapté customer number and address to our Claims department in one of the following ways:
