Transport adapté windows

No, we’re not talking about the windows on our vehicles—we’re talking about windows of time. Pick up windows are an important part of our paratransit service.

When you reserve a trip with our customer call centre or with SIRTA, you are given a specific time to be ready for your pick-up. This confirmed time is when your 30-minute window begins, and your pick-up is planned within that window.

For example, if your confirmed time is 9:00 a.m., your pick-up window is from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and we will expect you to be ready at 9:00 a.m.

Why 30-minute windows?

This method gives our trip planning system the flexibility to group trips in the most efficient way possible, which allows us to abide by our policy of never rejecting a trip request while meeting the demand for over 11,000 trips a day.

Of course, there is always a chance of delays due to unexpected events, but rest assured that our team in the Transport adapté control room will always do everything possible to respect your requested travel times.
