Terms and conditions

• Upon reception of your registration, a confirmation of payment will be issued.
• If you cannot attend the conference a substitute colleague will be accepted. In case of cancellation, we will reimburse you 50% of the according registration fee (less applicable bank charges) provided that your cancellation is received in writing by 12 September 2004. Please note that no refund can be made after this date and the registration fee is still due, even in case of no-show.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the program or any related activity at its discretion.
• Bank charges are to be borne by the participant
• Fee is applicable for all symposium's participants and payment must be made in Canadian Dollars.

About accomodation

Special rates are offered for a limited time to participants by the Hilton Bonaventure Hotel. Special rates are available for reservations made online through the hotel's Website. A credit card number is required to confirm registration, and your credit card could be charged of 90% of the total stay for no-show or cancellation after 9 September 2004. Please note that after 25 July 2004, rooms will be subject to availability.
