The Reservations Centre's business hoursalarm clock

You may speak with an agent during the Reservations Centre’s business hours:

  • Monday to Friday: from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays: from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

After 9:30 p.m., you may still cancel a trip, notify us of a late vehicle or other emergency. An agent is available till the last drop-off time.
