Excellent news: Montreal, August 26, 2007 - The Société de transport de Montréal is pleased to confirm that Metro service has been fully restored on the Green line. The stations between Berri-UQAM and Lionel-Groulx will therefore be accessible to transit users as of 9:52 p.m. tonight. The stations in question are Saint-Laurent, Place-des-Arts, McGill, Peel, Guy-Concordia and Atwater. The STM extends its warmest thanks to system users for their patience, understanding and cooperation, as well as to all employees who expended significant effort throughout this difficult situation. - 30 -
