Modifications to STM bus service
on Sunday, September 25, 2005

Montreal, 20 September 2005 - The STM wishes to inform transit users that several bus lines will be re-routed next Sunday, September 25, for the Farha Foundation’s annual walk for life, Marche pour la vie.

Bus service on the 15 – Sainte-Catherine route will be cancelled from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. In addition, the following bus routes will be modified for various periods between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.:

  • 14 – Amherst;

  • 30 – Saint-Denis/Saint-Hubert;

  • 36 – Monk;

  • 55 – Boulevard Saint-Laurent;

  • 61 – Wellington;

  • 80 – Avenue du Parc;

  • 129 – C�te-Sainte-Catherine;

  • 150 – Ren�-L�vesque;

  • 168 – Cité-du-Havre.

When planning their transportation, transit users should call A-U-T-O-B-U-S
(288-6287) for schedule information at their stop. For any other information, they can call STM●INFO (786-4636). More useful information can also be found on the STM’s website at www.stm.info.

Paratransit
Paratransit vehicles could be prevented from providing service in some areas because several roadways will be closed to traffic. We recommend that clients confirm their trip if the walk is held near their residence or destination.
