Travel Information
The Travel Information Centre –– in operation since 1967 –– answers to more than 1,000 calls daily. It provides customers with information on all the services offered by the STM (schedules, routes, fares, rules, and so on).

To reach the Travel Information Centre, dial:
STM-INFO and press 8 for English then, choose option 7

The Travel Information Centre business hours are:

  • Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Planibus
Refer to the Planibus timetables for route and schedule information about any STM bus line. Useful for planning your trips, the Planibus are updated in January, March, June and August, when bus schedules change. They are available on our Website and are handed out in buses one week prior to the schedule change and during the first week of the new schedule. The Planibus are also available, while supplies last, at métro station ticket booths and at the Customer Service Centre.

Information toolsInfobus
Infobus panels are installed on more than 3,000 bus stops, as well as in all métro stations. They list the times at which buses are expected at the stop and provide an outline of the bus route.

AUTOBUS
AUTOBUS is an automated telephone system providing bus schedule information. You can find out when the next three buses will arrive at a particular stop by dialling AUTOBUS and the stop’s five digit code. AUTOBUS can also give you schedule information for up to seven days in advance. The system is available round the clock, and in English.
