Your magnetic card is your transfer for the next 120 minutes

It allows you to take the bus or métro to continue your trip. However, the magnetic card does not allow you to take the same bus route again. And remember to validate your magnetic card each time you board the bus or take the metro.

Remember to keep it with you until the end of your trip. It’s your proof of payment.

Once you’ve passed the turnstiles, when you’re in the station’s corridors or on its platforms, aboard the métro or in the bus, always keep your valid transit fare with you. During fare control, it’s your proof of payment. Thank you.

Aboard the bus
Insert the card in the slot. The date and time of your trip will be printed on the back of your card. Take it back and remember to keep it as your transfer and proof of payment.

Inside the métro
Insert the card in the slot at the front of the turnstile, where it will be validated before being handed back to you from the top of the turnstile. Take it, go through and remember to keep it as your transfer and proof of payment.
