STM bus route modifications

Montreal, 25 May 2006- A few Société de transport de Montréal (STM) bus routes will be modified next Saturday, May 27, because of the Women’s World Cup Cycling event held around Mount Royal Park.

The following bus routes will therefore be modified for various periods of time, as indicated below:

  • 11 – Montagne, from 7 am to 8 pm ;

  • 51 – Boul. Édouard-Montpetit, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm ;

  • 80 – Avenue du Parc, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm ;

  • 97 – Mont-Royal, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm ;

  • 119 – Rockland, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm ;

  • 129 – C�te-Sainte-Catherine, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm ;

  • 166 – Queen Mary, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Tour de Line

Another cycling event, the Tour de Line, will also be held on Saturday, May 27, attended by the member of Parliament for Sauvé riding. As such, the following bus routes will be slightly deviated between 9:30 am and 1 pm:

  • 33 – Langelier;

  • 48 – Perras;

  • 49 – Maurice-Duplessis;

  • 69 – Gouin;

  • 140 – Fleury.

When planning their transportation to these events, transit users should consult either Planibus or Infobus, or call A-U-T-O-B-U-S (288-6287) for bus timetables at their stop. For all other information, including travel directions, please call
