New services in all network stations

Customers holding a regular-fare OPUS card containing only STM fare cards can do the following transactions in stations:

  • Replace a defective OPUS card.
  • Replace and recover the fare cards on a lost or stolen registered OPUS card.
  • Replace an expired OPUS card.

Customers holding L’Occasionnelle fare cards:

  • Replace an expired or defective card.
