New services in all network stations
Customers holding a regular-fare OPUS card containing only STM fare cards can do the following transactions in stations:
- Replace a defective OPUS card.
- Replace and recover the fare cards on a lost or stolen registered OPUS card.
- Replace an expired OPUS card.
Customers holding L’Occasionnelle fare cards:
- Replace an expired or defective card.
Only cash transactions are acepted at ticket booths
If you require another transaction or have a reduced-fare OPUS card, visit one of the 16 Espace client booths.
