We invite you to share your opinions in a survey about various aspects of bus network development as part of its redesign.
An ever-changing network
By 2026, several major public transportation projects (REM, Pie-IX BRT, extension of the Blue line, addition of 300 hybrid buses to our fleet) will be completed. The rollout of these projects will influence the development of our bus network and the way our customers use it.
It is an opportunity for us to rethink and adapt the bus network’s development and architecture in light of the survey’s findings.
In an ideal world, our bus network would be high-performing in its speed, frequency and efficiency and facilitate access to its service by providing an extensive coverage area. The reality, however, is that we have to make choices to find a balance between service performance and coverage area. This survey will help us better understand your priorities.
