Intellectually or psychologically impaired users
Taking charge of user
In
order to ensure the safety of such persons upon arriving at destination, any
client with an intellectual disability or a psychological impairment must be
met and taken charge of by a responsible person at the drop-off point.
Paratransit users whose degree of autonomy allows them to remain unattended
at destination can be dispensed with this requirement. However, a document
must first be provided and signed by the user’s legal guardian attesting to
their autonomy.
For more information, anyone called upon to take charge of such persons
should contact Customer Service.
