Montreal, 23 September 2004 –  The STM wishes to inform transit users that several bus routes will be modified next Sunday, September 26 for Marche pour la vie, Farha Foundation’s annual walk.

Bus service on the 15 – Sainte-Catherine route will be suspended from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. In addition, the following bus routes will be modified for various periods between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.:

• 14 – Amherst;30 – Saint-Denis/Saint-Hubert;
• 55 – Boulevard Saint-Laurent;
• 61 – Wellington;
• 80 – Avenue du Parc;
• 125 – Ontario;
• 129 – Côte-Sainte-Catherine;
• 150 – René-Lévesque;
• 168 – Cité du Havre.

When planning their transportation, transit users should call A-U-T-O-B-U-S (288-6287) for schedule information at their stop. For any other information, they can call STM-INFO (786-4636). More useful information can also be found on the STM’s website at www.stm.info.

Paratransit
Paratransit vehicles could be prevented from providing service in some areas because several roadways will be closed to traffic. We recommend that Paratransit users confirm their trip if the walk is held near their residence or destination.
