Montreal, 28 April 2004 – The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) wishes to inform transit users that from May 1 to August 30, the Between Stops service will be provided from 9 p.m., instead of 7:30 p.m., as is the case from September to the end of April.

Women travelling alone at night who want to get off the bus between two regular stops must ask the driver, who will then determine if the vehicle can safely be stopped there.

The STM started providing the Between Stops service in June 1996.
