Notice to the STM’s Paratransit customers
Modification of the reservation centre’s service hours

Montreal, 6 February 2003 – The hours of operation for the Paratransit reservation centre will be modified on Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9 to allow for major work in the Sociéte de Transport de Montréal’s data processing centre.

The centre will stop taking calls as of 7:30 p.m. Saturday, February 8 instead of the usual 9:30 p.m. On Sunday, February 9, the centre will be open for calls as of 8:30 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m. To ease the situation, additional personnel will be assigned to take calls over these two days. The cancellation and Info-retard services will be available as per their normal schedule. For additional information clients can contact Customer Service at 280-5341.

The STM apologizes to its Paratransit clients for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks them for their understanding.
