The STM’s legal holidays are:

• New Year's Day, January 1;
• January 2;
• Good Friday (March 21, 2008);
• Easter Monday (March 24, 2008);
• Journée nationale des Patriotes (Victoria Day) (May 19, 2008);
• Fête nationale du Québec, June 24
• Canada Day, July 1
• Labour Day (September 1, 2008)
• Thanksgiving Day (October 13, 2008)
• Christmas Day, December 25;
• Boxing Day, December 26.
