We are proud to present the financial report for the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) for its first fiscal year ended December 31, 2002.

As of January 1, 2002, the STM assumed the rights and obligations of the STCUM in accordance with the Loi sur les sociétés de transport en commun passed by the National Assembly in June 2001.
